 Directions - PLEASE READ 
 Directions: Push up your deodorant with your thumb against the bottom wafer. If it's stubborn, you can place the deodorant on a lipstick or something similar, slightly smaller than the inside of the deodorant. Push it up slowly in the middle of the wafer, "just above the top edge" of the container (a very small amount - 1 mm). You can almost have it level with the top of the deodorant and your skin will dip into the container. If you push it up too far, it will get goopy and not go on evenly. You only need a small amount. We do not suggest applying it with a shirt on and reaching under your shirt like you would using commercial antiperspirant. This will cause it to get goopy and it will probably not apply correctly. Doing this, you will almost certainly apply too much and it will stain your clothes much easier. So, shirt off, arm raised so your armpit is open and as flat as possible, not curved. Remember, less is more. :-) Applying in ONE direction is also optimal. 

Storage:
The consistency of the deodorant is a creamy paste and needs to be kept in a cool environment to avoid getting too soft. Also, if it is too hard, try storing it in a warmer area so it goes on smoother. When applying, it should only be a very light coating on your skin. There should never be enough on your body to transfer to your clothing. It "can" stain your clothing but, only when too much product is applied to your underarms!
